  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • The original flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
